Introducing @dianegoldieatelier: A Dedicated Space for Wearable Art

I have created a new Instagram account: @dianegoldieatelier.

This account exists to give my wearable art garments their own clear, focused space. Over time, my original Instagram became home to many aspects of my practice: art, grief, writing, neurodivergence, and social reflection. While all of this remains central to who I am, it meant the garments themselves were no longer easy to see as a cohesive body of work.

The atelier account changes that.

A focused space for wearable art

@dianegoldieatelier is dedicated exclusively to:

  • one of a kind wearable art garments

  • bespoke commissions

  • selected ready to wear pieces

It is a quieter, more intentional space where the work can be seen as finished objects. No algorithms to satisfy. No pressure to explain. Just the garments and the stories they hold.

If you are drawn to clothing as emotional or social armour, or to fashion that carries symbolism and meaning, this account is designed for you.

Why separation matters

I am a neurodivergent artist, and my practice is layered and intuitive. Separating my atelier work from my wider artist account allows each strand to exist without friction.

One space remains expansive and conversational.

The atelier is precise, materially focused, and clear.

This reflects how my practice functions offline and supports a more sustainable way of sharing my work.

What this means for you

Nothing is being taken away.

This is simply an invitation to engage with my wearable art in a more distilled form. The atelier account is where available garments are shown, commissions are contextualised, and the visual language of the work is allowed to speak for itself.

Follow only if it resonates.
